Returns Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Earrings (unless faulty)
Opened or used products
Return Process
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and issue
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
You may receive a replacement item or store credit
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once approved
Important Notes
We are not responsible for items damaged after delivery due to misuse
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier
