Orders will only begin processing once full payment has been received and confirmed. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
We use a courier service to deliver all orders. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, their delivery process will begin.
Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders Placed Later in the Week
If an order is placed on Thursday or Friday, delivery will likely only take place the following week due to courier schedules and not working Saturdays and Sundays
For the fastest processing and delivery, we recommend placing orders earlier in the week to receive order in the same week
Stock Availability
• Before confirming your order, we will ensure all items are in stock or can be sourced from our supplier
• As we stock a wide range of products, some items may need to be collected from suppliers
• Supplier stock is collected on Mondays, which may affect processing time
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email
• You can use this to track your parcel directly with the courier
Delivery Instructions and Receipt
• Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout
• Someone must be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address
• If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery according to their policy
Risk of Loss
• Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once it has been handed over to the courier
Damaged or Lost Parcels
• If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos
• If your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier
Returns and Exchanges

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
